Janice, a stay at home Mum had been eyeing up a holiday spot in the Caribbean for months and months. The spot had everything her family would ever want in a special holiday as it was a Flintstones Themed Hotel with swimming pools and a golf course across the road. But she did not know how her two children aged 7 and 10 and husband were going to afford this. Then one day it hit her…. and she has never looked back.

Her 10 year old daughter needed help with homework on healthy eating. The pair of them were looking online for inspiration. Once the daughter was in bed Janice decided to do some further research on “health” and found that there was a huge range of topics that people were searching for answers on. Instantly Improve Your Quality Of Life With This 1 Simple Action

When we feel fatigued, sluggish or just out of sorts our daily life can be dramatically affected. Our job performance, along with home life, suffers as a result. Mood swings, allergy flare-ups and digestive maladies are only just a few of the symptoms. These signs are important and should not be ignored. If we are otherwise healthy they can signal poor nutrition, a build up of toxins in the system and a sluggish liver. The good news is that 1 Simple Technique Can Instantly Improve Your Quality Of Life.

When we speak of quality of life we are referring to how we perform tasks, look and feel on a daily basis. This can become compromised by toxins that build up in the body through a variety of ways. Some of which include the environment, normal bodily functions, food and drink, allergies and many more.

Did you know that the liver is responsible for filtering out all of the toxins in the system and can get overloaded? When it does, we sometimes just think we are having an ‘off day’ and this may be true in more ways than one. If this occurs on a continual basis it becomes a warning sign to heed.

It is imperative that the toxins are removed from the system as often as possible to ensure that the liver can operate productively. The only way to relieve the liver of its burden is to complete a holistic detoxification regime. By detoxing the liver on an ongoing basis we can instantly improve the quality of life we enjoy.

Are you planning on starting a weight loss plan some time soon? Are you afraid of starting it due to past failures? If this is the case, then read on to see what it is you MUST do on your very first day of your journey… or else!!

You see, getting started on a new journey to lose weight can be pretty exciting and it can be pretty frightening at the same time. Those that tend to lean more towards the “exciting” aspect of getting started on their journey more than likely have adopted the 2 most critical things you MUST do on the first day of your plan.

So, if you want to be successful and have continuing motivation throughout your journey to reach your weight loss goals, whatever they may be, then I strongly recommend you do the following on the very first day…

First, Make The First Day…

The best day! What I mean by that is you must put forth maximum effort to make your first day of your journey the most successful in terms of you doing everything there is that is healthy…

This means waking up at a time that would have given you a full nights rest (7-8 hours), making sure you eat a healthy breakfast, thoroughly following whatever diet plan you downloaded, drinking plenty of water throughout the day (I recommend 1/2 your body weight in ounces), doing a good workout, and then going to bed at a reasonable time.

When you make the first day the most successful day, this sets the stage for ongoing motivation to stay consistent with reaching your goals!

On the other hand, if the first day of your plan is not successful because you skipped your workout, you skipped breakfast, you gave in to …

Small Diet Changes for Bodybuilding

When you begin bodybuilding that means altering your diet, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be a complete renovation that’s going to leave you hungry and unsatisfied with no sweet things or fat and if your smart it really needn’t be a big challenge. For instance, there are some easy incidental ways you can cut your fat intake and change your sweet tooth so that you begin craving healthier foods at the same time. For example, teach yourself to drink tea without sugar and to eat toast without butter.

You should also cut out drinking soft drinks in favour of fruit drinks and water and remove the extra oil from your cooking; if you stir regularly and cook onions first it won’t stick, even just a bit of water will do or if you must then use vegetable oil. You can also use healthy snacks to satisfy your cravings, so that instead of eating crisps or chocolates you’re eating nuts, sunflower seeds or raisins (nuts being a protein source and the latter of which supplying a steady flow of carbs).

So far so good, but there are further complications to eating the protein that you need to understand when bodybuilding and this is the other way you need to change your diet. One complication is just how hard it is to consume the required amount of protein; a boiled egg only contains about six grams of protein, so say you’re 180 pounds that would mean you’d have to eat around 30 eggs.

300 grams of tuna – that’s a full can – contains 23.5 grams of protein. So that would be eight cans of tuna minimum and not all of that protein would be absorbed by the body. So in a real day you’d probably have to eat …
